An explosive combination of exercises, where each week is never the same. Combining plyometric, static and weight exercises, you will never want to miss this class! Excellent for all fitness levels.
Yoga

Integrate the mind and body to achieve muscle control and improve posture. A great way to challenge your mobility and stability.
Learn the movement mechanics to YOGA based exercise and core abdominal control. Great for pre or post pregnancy.
Cardio Dance
Cardio Dance
Cardio Dance feels more like a party than a workout! You’ll be smiling from beginning to end, dancing to funky tracks while you work up a sweat and get the heart racing! You don’t have to be dancer to enjoy this, just add your own sass and flavour. The more “extra” you are, the better.
Boxercise
Boxercise
Boxing is a great source of cardio exercise, it gets your heart pumping and your lungs working harder so you burn more calories and reach a fat-burning threshold, it also improves your overall body strength and increase your body’s muscle mass. Hand-eye coordination isn’t just useful when you’re boxing, it builds fine motor skills which are valuable for a range of day to day activities.
Boxing can also be a very meditative exercise. When you clear your mind and focus just on hammering away in the ring, all of the outside stresses in your life fade away. Boxing also has a beneficial effect on the quality of sleep and how fast people can fall asleep.
