All of CountryFit Gym’s group classes make fitness fun, exciting, & effective. We offer a wide variety of classes for every interest & fitness level, from our high-energy spin classes in Mudgee’s only dedicated Spin Studio to dynamic dance cardio, cardio boxing, Pilates, yoga, & more. Each class is designed to challenge your body, boost your energy, & inspire your fitness journey, all while having fun, & working out alongside your gym buddies, both old & new.

An explosive combination of exercises, where each week is never the same. Combining plyometric, static & weight exercises, this is a great workout for people of ALL fitness levels
Power Pilates

A whole lot of body-loving Pilates goodness. Power Pilates is a little bit of resistance training, a little bit of cardo & lots of fun. By incorporating free weights & Pilates tools & techniques, we’ll help you build muscle, endurance & power.

Feels more like a party than a workout! Smile from start to end as you dance to funky tracks, work up a sweat & get your heart racing! You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy this class, just bring a little sass remember, the more “extra” you are – the better!
