We understand the importance of a workout environment that makes everyone feel comfortable & welcome, which is why we offer a dedicated, well appointed, workout room exclusively for our female members who prefer a little more privacy during their workouts. .
Creche Services
Don’t let the kids hold you back when you are ready to start or return to your fitness. Our on-site creche provides a safe & fun environment for your children to enjoy while you take some time for yourself & your health. Operating Monday – Friday 9am – 12noon, our creche service ensures that parents can maintain their fitness routines with ease & peace of mind.
