Basically come two times a day. So I try and fit in two sessions a day and that looks like a cardio session. And then weekends I come here too and I just focus on whole body movements.

For me I just love to you know if I’m feeling tired I reduce my weights and do less on the treadmill or something or do a bit more like non -weight -bearing activities and yeah it’s just a great atmosphere to be in and top of the line facilities here and i just love it
